Heritage USC apartments and houses are a collection of brand new construction and newly renovated apartments and houses walking distance to the USC campus. All locations are within the DPS Zone. Heritage 1275 is located at 1275 W. 30th Street. Heritage 631 is located at 631 W. 30th Street. Heritage 624 is located on Figueroa and Greek Row at 624 W. 28th Street. Our apartments and homes range from studio/1 bedroom to large homes with 7-20 bedrooms! Heritage has housing for everyone!
